By submitting a Proposal, you agree to abide by these Challenge Rules in conjunction with the Terms of Use of Futurefoodslab.com:
Challenge Period: The Functional Nutrition Open Innovation Challenge and Business Enablers Challenge will start on 1 June 2025 and end 30 September 2025. All proposal submissions must be completed by 23:59 30 September 2025. Nomad Foods may alter the dates at their discretion. Any changes will be communicated on this Site.
Eligibility:
- The Nomad Foods Future Foods Lab is open to participants either as an individual or as an organization.
- Individual participants must be at least eighteen (18) years old and with full legal capacity, and are limited to submitting one Proposal.
- Organization participants, either as a business or academic entity, can submit more than one Proposal.
- This challenge is not open to employees of Nomad Foods nor members of their families or close associates.
Proposal submission:
- Participation in the Nomad Foods Future Foods Lab is free of charge.
- All participants must fill in the submission form providing valid contact information and details of their Proposal having read and acknowledged these Challenge Rules, the Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy.
- Nomad Foods may at its sole discretion, remove or disqualify any submission, Proposal or participant it deems inappropriate or non-compliant.
- Incomplete proposals may be subject to disqualification.
Review process:
- Nomad Foods, through its authorized representative Innoget, has sole discretion to select proposals to be further evaluated through the Nomad Foods Future Foods Lab program.
- Selected proposals will be notified by 30th October 2025 and will have a pitching opportunity at Nomad Foods' Woking headquarters in England and engage in face-to-face interactions with Nomad Foods' top managers, showcasing ideas directly to key decision-makers.
